It was summer in October during Victoria and Matt's engagement session!
After rescheduling once because of rain, Victoria and Matt were rewarded with 70 degree temperatures and beautiful sun for their engagement session. I will never get tired of photographing at the Fire Island Lighthouse—there is so much variety to photograph!
Victoria and Matt were awesome and made it so easy to take great photographs—I mean, look at the way they look at each other! Thank you for letting me play a part in documenting your love.
Who would have thought these photographs were taken on Long Island?! I'm convinced we went through a portal to an island for Kara and Dave's wedding—it's the only explanation for how tropical The Crescent Beach Club in Bayville was.
Currently living in Connecticut, Kara and Dave met at Springfield College eight years ago. Dave proposed to Kara on the beach on Long Island (Sagg Mein Beach), so it was only fitting that they have their wedding on a Long Island beach as well!
It was an incredibly beautiful September day without a cloud in the sky, and Kara and Dave were some of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure to photograph. I was told that I resembled Kara's dad when he was younger, so I guess you could say I felt like I was part of the family, haha.
Congratulations and I wish you both the best of luck!
Hillary and Marco were married at The Vinyards at Aquebogue, one of the most beautiful venues I have had the pleasure to photograph at - and what an amazing wedding it was! From the sunflowers to the sunset, Hillary and Marco's attention to the details was top notch, ensuring not only a memorable event, but also a beautiful celebration with their family and friends.
Congratulations again and thank you for making your wedding day so much fun to photograph!

Danny and Thiri's incredible wedding at Terrace on the Park in Queens was truly one for the books! With a rooftop view of the Manhattan skyline, not to mention the perfect weather and sunset, Danny and Thiri's love quite literally shines through all of their photographs.
Danny and Thiri met nine years ago in junior high school. They're both from Queens and the city holds a special place in their hearts, so they decided to have their ceremony and reception at Terrace on the Park. Thiri was one of the calmest brides I have ever seen. It was a pleasure working with you both and I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
We photographed James and Tiffany's engagement session up at Bear Mountain in New York. I loved this session! James and Tiffany both were beaming with love for each other; it wasn't hard to make them look natural in front of the camera.
James is in the air force and has recently been away from home in training, so he and Tiffany had been communicating with letters. They decided to incorporate these letters into the engagement session (James saved them all) which was such a great idea! We ended the session on top of Bear Mountain, overlooking the Hudson Highlands.
After rescheduling once because of rain, I photographed Chris and Kelly's engagement session on a beautiful June evening with not a cloud in the sky. During our session, I learned that Chris was a fellow surfer, so naturally we spent the entire time talking about waves (sorry again Kelly =P).
The Fire Island Lighthouse is one of my favorite spots to photograph on Long Island; its secluded, coastal vibe makes you forget you're only an hour's drive away from one of the busiest cities in the world, and the variety of spots allows for lots of unique images. Plus could these two be any more photogenic together?
Together for more than six years, Lincoln and victoria first met through their church. It wasn't hard to photograph these two - Lincoln and Victoria both have a smile that can light up a room!
I met Christina as a bridesmaid at Kristey and Peter's wedding last year. To keep the session beach themed (as her and Chris will be having a destination wedding next year in the Dominican Republic!) we decided to do their engagement session at the Fire Island Lighthouse!
Photographing Yosemite is like performing classical music; it is both timeless and beautiful. The huge granite rocks rise like crescendos in a masterpiece crafted by nature. It is truly a humbling, incredible place.
